Our Ethos
Esvap was established in 1986 as a knitwear production and export workshop. Today, it is a fully integrated knitwear manufacturer with two factories and a 450 people workforce.
We have been trading globally since 1990 and received numerous awards for our production quality, integrity and stability as a partner.
We are a company that carefully manages its environmental impact by maintaining a low waste rate. We focus on sustainability through recycling yarns, where possible, managing our water consumption and other resources used in production.
We have been focused on bettering the work conditions and quality of lives of those on the lowest levels of production since the beginning of our journey. This attitude led us to have a low employee turnover rate compared to the industry. We are proud of our highly skilled technical team, craftsmen & craftswomen.
In regards to human resources we focus on equality of opportunity and equality of pay between peers. Being a company with a majority of women in the board of director we have a strict code of conduct that promotes respect, attention to detail and equal opportunity in all the spheres of activities that we pursue.
We have been in the knitwear manufacturing business for over 30 years and have acquired know-how that permits us to work with global brands and partners that have the highest level of expectations from their manufacturers.
