What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimums vary according to product type and yarn concerned. Roughly speaking working with 1000 pieces per style is our ideal minimum.
Can you source the yarns from our manufacturer of choice or do you only work with your own suppliers for raw materials?
We are quite flexible concerning yarn-sourcing both locally and internationaly. We already source yarn from renowned suppliers all over the globe. We can work with your manufacturer of choice as well.
What are your payment conditions?
We have flexible payment conditions as long as our customers’ financial status allows us to get them insured.
Do you give price quotes by e-mail? How can I get a quote?
In order to give you a price quote we need to establish the technical details of your product and the materials that will be used. The potential order quantities are also an important factor in determining the final price.
